Dennis O'Sullivan

Dennis is originally from the Republic of Ireland and is now a proud Canadian citizen. Dennis has lived in the Edmonton area for 10 years.
 
Dennis is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with Red Seal designation received in both Ireland and Canada. He has over 15 yrs experience in residential and commercial construction experience and brings a unique perspective to home inspections having worked in all aspects of the home building process in different countries around the world. Dennis has worked as a construction foreman/carpenter for residential and commercial companies and has previously owned and operated his own home building company. At Emerald Property Inspections, Dennis and his team strive to ensure that the inspection process is relaxed and informative with verbal and written reports delivered in a clear and concise manner to alleviate any fears a client may have about their current or perspective home.
 
 

Ryan Watson

Hi, I'm Ryan Watson, a certified home inspector with Emerald Inspections.



With a power engineering certificate and a Red Seal Journeyman Carpentry ticket I have spent the last 20 years of my career in commercial construction or maintenance. I have always been interested in home renovation and repair and enjoy digging into problems and understanding residential structures and mechanical systems.

My wife and I live in the Edmonton area where we are raising our two kids. Our spare family time is often spent outdoors, at the lake or entertaining friends and family. My personal hobbies include skiing, canoeing, fishing and woodworking.
