Dennis is originally from the Republic of Ireland and is now a proud Canadian citizen. Dennis has lived in the Edmonton area for 15 years.
 
Dennis is a Certified Master Inspector as well as a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with Red Seal designation received in both Ireland and Canada. He has over 15 yrs experience in residential and commercial construction experience and brings a unique perspective to home inspections having worked in all aspects of the home building process in different countries around the world. Dennis has worked as a construction foreman/carpenter for residential and commercial companies and has previously owned and operated his own home building company.

Ryan Watson is a Certified Property Inspector at Emerald Inspections. He holds a power engineering certificate and a Red Seal Journeyman Carpentry ticket. With over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and maintenance, he has developed a strong interest in home renovation and repair. His expertise lies in diagnosing issues and gaining a deeper understanding of residential structures and mechanical systems.


Ryan has inspected more properties than a nosy neighbor on a Sunday stroll, all with Emerald by his side. He takes pride in not just giving peace of mind but also dishing out inspections so thorough that even the walls start feeling self-conscious about their cracks!

Sukh Rasode - CPI

Certified Property Inspector

Sukh Rasode is a licensed Home Inspector with hands-on experience in residential construction and new home quality assurance. Before becoming licensed in 2018, Sukh worked as a Site Superintendent, gaining firsthand knowledge of how homes are built from the ground up.


Sukh also worked in new home warranty, where he conducted new home inspections and educated homeowners on the functionality, systems, and maintenance of their homes. This role required clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of building standards and homeowner expectations.


With a practical background in construction and warranty inspections, Sukh brings a thorough, educational approach to every home inspection, helping homeowners better understand their property and make informed decisions.
