Think of it as the ultimate VIP pass for your plumbing—checking out the main drain line from your cozy abode to the city line. We're talking about sniffing out pesky problems like blockages, tree roots on a rampage, or those sneaky cracks that could turn your dream home into a nightmare. And let’s be honest, nobody wants a surprise bill that could finance a small vacation, so investing in a sewer scope is not just wise—it's practically a plumbing power move!
*an additional charge may apply if a toilet needs to be removed.
Water Sampling
(Add on for Rural Inspections)
A water sample is gathered and sent to a lab for testing to gather information on the water quality. These are recommended especially when a property uses a well system.
Septic Inspection
(Add on for Rural Inspections)
Our inspection team has been at it for years, diving deep into the mysterious world of septic tanks and well inspections like modern-day treasure hunters—except instead of gold, we’re uncovering the secrets of your plumbing! Whether you need us to check out your septic system or conduct a flow rate test on your well, we’ve got you covered like a warm blanket on a chilly night. Most of our septic expeditions happen during those adventurous rural property inspections. And remember, a septic system can turn into a money pit faster than you can say “Oh no!” so getting that inspection done upfront is key. Fees? Well, they can vary more than the plot of a daytime soap opera, depending on factors like system type and how far we have to travel—so prepare for some thrilling negotiations!

A New Home Warranty Inspection is performed usually around 9-10 months after possession of a newly built home. Generally issues that are not home owner caused/related are the responsibility of the builder to repair/improve. For more information please call the office.
