As your home inspector we want to be there for you not just at the time of your inspection but afterwards also. As part of our fees we offer a ONE TIME FREE CALL BACK service. This means that at the clients request we will come back one time free of charge (usually around a 15-30 minute visit) to ensure issues of concern noted at the time of inspection have been corrected properly/suitably. We also offer LIFETIME TECHNICAL ADVICE which means that for as long as you own your home you can email us with any questions you may have. Once your question has been received we will reach out to you ASAP to respond.
