Once a realtor receives the report via email (provided permission from the client is granted) they can download and view the report. Through the Report Tools tab on the top right a realtor can create their own custom report quickly and easily with any deficiencies they wish to negotiate with the sellers. This makes a realtor's job so much easier and quicker during the potentially tricky and time consuming negotiation stage of the home buying process
